Simple Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Pork Tenderloin is a good choice if you are looking to add delicious, healthy, lean protein to your diet. It's low in fat, high in protein and a rich source of B vitamins and selenium. I like to marinate pork tenderloin for a few hours or overnight to create a succulent grilled dish. Experiment with different marinades and create new flavours such as orange sesame or chili lime. Check out this marinade.

Ingredients:

1 pork tenderloin

Marinade for pork tenderloin

Method:

Prepare marinade and place into a large ziplock bag

Add the pork tenderloin and marinate for 4 hours or overnight

Pre-heat your grill to 400-425 F

Oil the grill with olive oil

Grill pork tenderloin for about ten minutes a side or until medium

Remove from grill and rest, in a foil tent for another 10 minutes

Slice on the diagonal

Pork tenderloin is so versatile it goes with anything!

I like to serve with roasted baby potatoes and French beans.
